Our ducks are Khaki Campbells and Gold Star Hybrids. We love having ducks around to manage the pests in and around our pond, give wonderful eggs and provide delightful ducky entertainment.

Why are duck eggs great for baking? Duck eggs have more albumen than chicken eggs. This lighter more fluffy cakes and pastries.
